How do I claim my Military/Teacher/Student discount?
a. Customers must show proof of their affiliation with the military or school and your discount code will be sent via email.

How do I show proof that I am in the military, school or that that I am a teacher?
a. All we ask is for a copy of your military or student/teacher ID (front side of ID ONLY, please do not send personal information) Customers have two ways to send us these copies.
1. A copy of your ID can be faxed to us at our toll free number 480-393-4577.
2. A copy can be scanned and then be sent to us via email. info@supplementlocker.com (a picture sent via your smartphone is acceptable as well)

How does delivery on base work?

a. If stock is available in Jacksonville, we will deliver same day! For other items we will pull from our closest warehouse and then deliver the item to you.

a. We understand that Military work all sorts of non-standard hours. We understand that and we are flexible. We deliver Monday – Saturday.
Times: Mon – Sat 9 .a.m – 11 a.m. and 1 .p.m. – 9 p.m.
For night crew/mid-crew military – 11 p.m. – 2 a.m.

I do not live in the barracks but I am military, can you deliver to us as well?
a. Yes! Our discounts and hand delivery on base is for everyone from the newest Private to the Highest Officers on base. No military memebers will be refused because of rank.
